We want the graduates of our workshops to be different. When individuals becomes FM GRADS™, it should mean something to their employers, their communities, their families and to themselves.

Essentially, we're creating a culture of excellence, not just for the workplace, but also as a way of life. To do that, we need to join with school districts, businesses, corporations, institutions of higher education and our graduates, and work together to understand our collective needs. We need to partner together.

Partners meet twice a year with a Forward Motion consultant to help us better understand their concerns with regard to their entry-level employees. This insight is used to ensure the FM GRADS™ Forward Workshop remains relevant and prepares GRADS to be effective in the workplace.
